Everything starts with the fish. We strive to serve the freshest sushi-grade fish possible, prepped daily, and we build our menu around customizable poke bowls that give our patrons total control. You pick the base, the protein, and the toppings, and we load them in with a generous hand.
AAA Ahi tuna poke bowls and sushi-grade Salmon poke bowls are the heart of our menu, alongside our famous Poke Nachos, fully customizable and piled high on daily-prepped wonton chips. Whatever you build, it starts with sushi-grade fish and ends exactly the way you want it.
